Data Deletion Instructions

1. Delete Your Data Through Your Account

If you have access to your BailaYa account:

1. Log into your BailaYa account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the Profile tab.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days, unless certain information must be retained for legal, security, or operational requirements.

2. Request Data Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account or prefer assistance, you may request deletion manually:

Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• Studio name (if applicable)
• A clear statement requesting account deletion and removal of stored data

Example:

I request permanent deletion of my BailaYa account and all associated data.

We will respond within 2 business days to verify your request. Once verified, deletion will be completed within 30 days.

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

Deletion includes, but is not limited to:

• User account and profile information
• Contact information and communication history
• Studio, instructor, and student records under your account
• Class schedules, attendance logs, and enrollment data
• Login and activity records

4. Data That May Be Temporarily Retained

We may retain limited information when required by:

• Financial transaction regulations
• Legal compliance obligations
• Fraud and security monitoring

Any retained data is minimized and deleted as soon as legally permitted.
