1. Service Description

BailaYa is a cloud-based dance studio management platform designed to help studios manage classes, student enrollment, scheduling, payments, attendance tracking, communication tools, and related administrative functions.

By using BailaYa, you agree that you are responsible for how the platform is used within your organization.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use BailaYa, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account and studio information
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensure your staff or instructors with access to the platform comply with these Terms
• Keep all account information up to date and accurate

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Data Privacy and Security

We understand the sensitivity of student, instructor, and studio operational data. You retain full ownership of all data uploaded to BailaYa.

We store and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to disrupt system functionality
• Share login access with unauthorized users
• Store, transmit, or distribute inappropriate, abusive, or offensive content
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the platform

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access.

5. Subscription and Payments

Use of BailaYa requires either a free or paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
• Ensure your billing information is accurate and up to date
• Allow recurring automatic billing where applicable

We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds, if applicable, are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Your subscription and any platform fees are purchased from Likotech Software, which appears on your statement and issues a single invoice covering both. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.

Payments your students make to you are a separate matter: you sell classes, packages and other items to your students directly, and you are the merchant of record for those sales. Payments are processed through the payment account you connect, funds are settled to you by your payment provider, and we deduct or invoice only our fee. We are not a party to the contract between you and your student, we do not hold your funds, and we are not responsible for delivering what you sell.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous, reliable access to BailaYa; however:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Scheduled maintenance may occur, with notice provided when possible
• We reserve the right to make improvements or modify features at any time

7. Third-Party Integrations

BailaYa may include integrations with third-party services (e.g., messaging, payment gateways, calendar systems).

Use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the reliability, legality, or performance of third-party services.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

After termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, we may permanently delete the data, unless required by law to retain it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When material changes are made, we will notify users via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of BailaYa after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
