BailaYa is a dance studio management platform provided by Infinity Curve LLC. We want you to be confident in your purchase and satisfied with your experience. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Free Trial

Some BailaYa plans may include a free trial period, allowing you to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

If your selected plan includes a trial, you will not be billed until the trial period ends.

Free or limited-access plans may also be available, depending on your region and subscription tier.

3. Subscription Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Significant technical issues that prevent effective use of the platform, where troubleshooting has been unsuccessful
  • Billing errors, such as duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
  • Extended service outages beyond our standard uptime expectations
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of starting a paid subscription for the first time (after any free trial period, if applicable)

Refunds are not guaranteed outside these conditions and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@bailaya.com and include:

  • Your account email address
  • Studio name (if applicable)
  • Date of charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months or unused time in active subscriptions
  • Add-ons, upgrades, or additional paid services
  • Custom configuration, onboarding, or development work performed on request
  • Subscriptions that are canceled after the 48-hour initial billing refund window has passed

6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

The exact timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution.

If you purchased via Paddle (our payment merchant), refunds will be processed through Paddle's platform in accordance with their systems and timelines.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of BailaYa after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
